Privacy Policy

Data controller: Thierry Gustin (contact details in the legal notice).

Data collected: the information you enter in the contact form (name, email, company, website, subject, message) or send by email, WhatsApp or when booking a call. To limit abuse, a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address is kept for 24 hours, never the address itself.

Purpose: to respond to your request and, if you wish, prepare a quote.

Legal basis: taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR) and my legitimate interest in responding to messages and protecting the form against abuse (Article 6.1.f).

Recipients: your data is not sold or shared. It is processed by my technical providers: Lovable (website and database hosting), Cloudflare (infrastructure), Resend (notification emails), Google (Gmail email), TidyCal (call bookings) and WhatsApp (if you contact me through that channel).

Transfers outside the European Union: some providers may be located outside the EU. Transfers are then covered by appropriate safeguards: an adequacy decision, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or European Commission standard contractual clauses.

Retention period: 3 years from the last exchange, then deletion.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to thierry.gustin@gmail.com. You may file a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es (opens in new tab)) or the authority in your country, such as the CNIL in France (www.cnil.fr (opens in new tab)).
